Tips for Choosing an ideal password
Choose two or three common words and hyphenate the words - include a number and a capital letter. Passwords at St Clare hospice need to be a minimum of 8 characters. Do not use personal names i.e. names of pets or children. Example: Mouse-cat-dog1
Important - DO NOT share your password with anyone and do not write it down. Nobody at St Clare Hospice will ever need your password, including IT and your manager.
If you think your password or your account has been compromised then please call the helpdesk immediately on: 01279 773707 (Monday–Friday 9 am to 5 pm) or email support@stclarehospice.org.uk out of hours.
