Helpdesk Contact Details
There are several ways to contact the helpdesk and create tickets :
(1) By calling 01279 773 707 externally or Ext 1313 internally
(2) By sending an email to support@StClareHospice.org.uk
(3) Via the IT Portal webpage: https://helpdesk.stclarehospice.org.uk - the portal can be accessed remotely once you have logged on with your St Clare credentials (email and password). Once a ticket has been created you will receive an acknowledgement email with the ticket number. To add comments to a ticket you can reply to the email or add them via the portal. You can view the ticket’s comments and status via the web portal.
